Allowing `services.home-assistant.config.http.server_host` to be set
to `null` and making this default.
Setting the value to null leads to it not being set in the by formats.ya
This should not change the default behaviour of home-assistant, as
by default the process binds to all available addresses.
This change avoids creating a warning in home-assistant about the deprecation
of the server_host option and expected removal in 2026.06

This avoids restarting the postgresql server, when only ensureDatabases
or ensureUsers have been changed. It will also allow to properly wait
for recovery to finish later.
To wait for "postgresql is ready" in other services, we now provide a
postgresql.target.

There should be no need to add custom components without YAML configuration to
extraComponents for systemd service modifications to become effective (e.g.
serial access).
Format all Nix files using the officially approved formatter,
making the CI check introduced in the previous commit succeed:
nix-build ci -A fmt.check
This is the next step of the of the [implementation](https://github.com/NixOS/nixfmt/issues/153)
of the accepted [RFC 166](https://github.com/NixOS/rfcs/pull/166).
This commit will lead to merge conflicts for a number of PRs,
up to an estimated ~1100 (~33%) among the PRs with activity in the past 2
months, but that should be lower than what it would be without the previous
[partial treewide format](https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/322537).
Merge conflicts caused by this commit can now automatically be resolved while rebasing using the
[auto-rebase script](8616af08d9/maintainers/scripts/auto-rebase).

frenck/spook includes a second manifest for an integration. The current
copyCustomComponents script assumed that only one component directory
will be found, which in this case resulted in a malformed symlink
destination:

Since lib.mdDoc is already defined as just id, this commit is a no-op as
far as Nix (and the built manual) is concerned.
Before components was not an array and the first loop did never loop
through all entries but through the entire output of find without
splitting by new line.
Tested by copying the preStart script out of the nix store, doing the
change and observing that now the custom-components directory is indeed
being cleaned up after removing a custom component.
Allows passing custom component packages, that get installed into
home-assistant's state directory.
Python depedencies, that are propagated from the custom component
get passed into `extraPackages`, so they are available to
home-assistant at runtime.
This is implemented in a way, that allows coexistence with custom
components not managed through the NixOS module.
From systemd 243 release note[1]:
This release enables unprivileged programs (i.e. requiring neither
setuid nor file capabilities) to send ICMP Echo (i.e. ping) requests
by turning on the "net.ipv4.ping_group_range" sysctl of the Linux
kernel for the whole UNIX group range, i.e. all processes.
So this wrapper is not needed any more.
